Mission: Videnskabelig analyse og observation, softwareudvikling
og operationel medhjælp i forbindelse med den danske
røntgen teleskop JEM-X omboard på den europæiske
gamma-astronomi satellit INTEGRAL.
Forberedelse af NASAs mission NuSTAR til observation af
galaktiske kompakte objekter (neutronstjerner og sorte huler).
Forskningsområde: Røntgendobbeltsjerner og X-ray
bursts (termonukleare eksplosioner på neutronstjerners
overflade).
Jeg holder foredrag til et bredt publikum om fx. afstande i
Universet og observationer af stjernernes slutfaser.
