We are utilizing science and technology developed for space for several other purposes. ESA, NASA and the state institutions in the Kingdom of Denmark are among our vital partners. Security DTU is an interdisciplinary security and defense technology research centre. The centre is the point of contact in relation to DTU’s collaboration with public and private companies within the area of security and defence. ESA BIC Denmark is an incubation centre that aims to promote entrepreneurial companies based on space data and technology. The centre identifies and supports entrepreneurs financially and with advice. Several workshops are held each year to help entrepreneurs get started. DTU Space Drone Center coordinates and facilitates research and development activities within uncrewed, autonomous, systems that can be used for a wide range of purposes.
