COOPERATION AND INNOVATION

We cooperate with several Danish and international organizations, institutions and companies on space missions, research projects, education and advising. This is done through our six research departments and four centres.

DTU Space works together with universities, companies and institutions in Denmark as well as the rest of the world. We are utilizing science and technology developed for space for several other purposes. ESA, NASA and the state institutions in the Kingdom of Denmark are among our vital partners. Security DTU

Security DTU

Security DTU is an interdisciplinary security and defense technology research centre. The centre is the point of contact in relation to DTU’s collaboration with public and private companies within the area of security and defence. Focus areas for the centre is, rescue, environmental preparedness, civil security, cyber security and surveillance in the Arctic. (Photo: NASA)

ESA BIC Denmark

ESA BIC Denmark

ESA BIC Denmark is an incubation centre that aims to promote entrepreneurial companies based on space data and technology. The centre identifies and supports entrepreneurs financially and with advice. Several workshops are held each year to help entrepreneurs get started. DTU Space drone center

DTU Space drone center

DTU Space Drone Center coordinates and facilitates research and development activities within uncrewed, autonomous, systems that can be used for a wide range of purposes. The centre also support DTU researchers' effforts to utilize unmanned systems for research and development. The centre is the point of contact between DTU and external partners. (Photo: DTU Space)
