Applied electromagnetics

Our research in applied electromagnetics encompasses analytical, numerical, and experimental methods for studies of wave radiation, propagation and scattering phenomena in a wide range of natural and artificial environments from radio frequencies to optics.

Antennas & near-field antenna measurements

Our research in this area is concerned with a wide range of modern antenna configurations, from satellite antennas to nano-antennas, as well as with their accurate characterization in terms of near-field antenna measurements conducted in our many DTU ETC antenna test facilities.

RF-, microwave-, and high-speed electronics

Our efforts in this research area are directed towards development of RF components and circuits for primarily health applications like e.g. MRI systems, and on microwave monolithic integrated circuits for next-generation wireless communication systems operating well above 100 GHz.
